Our Directions

SEGUB relies on three (03) departments that work together to ensure the smooth operation of the Single Window and to provide quality services to economic operators using the platform and to partner administrations. Each department plays a specific and complementary role in fulfilling our mission.

Administrative and Financial Department

Resource management and financial control

The DAF's mission is to manage the administrative secretariat, human and material resources, budget and finance, accounting and taxation.

Administrative Department

Its main mission is to put in place all the necessary conditions for the proper management of the administrative secretariat, human and material resources of the company Service Comptabilité.

Accounting and Tax Department

He ensures the accounting, tax and financial management of the company, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation.

Finance and Budget Department

It ensures the execution of the budget while guaranteeing efficient, transparent financial management in accordance with applicable standards.

Information Systems Department

Infrastructure, Development and Maintenance

The Information Systems Department (ISD) is at the heart of our organization's digital strategy. It is structured around two operational units, each playing a key role in the management and development of our information system.

Furthermore, the ISD's objective is to ensure the GUCE platform is available to all users 24/7. This mission is essential to guarantee the smooth operation of the platform, the reliability of electronic exchanges, and the satisfaction of GUCE stakeholders.

Database Administrator & Operations

This department is responsible for:

  • Database management, maintenance and optimization.
  • The operation of information systems to guarantee their availability and performance.
  • The implementation of backup, restore and business continuity procedures.
  • Technical support for users on business applications.
  • Developing statistics from collected data to support decision-making and improve internal processes.
Network & Systems Administrator

This center ensures:

  • The management of computer networks and system infrastructures.
  • Access security, traffic monitoring and intrusion prevention.
  • Deployment and maintenance of servers, workstations and network equipment.
  • Supporting technological development projects.

Operations Department

Business process management and customer relations

Its mission is to guarantee sufficient quality of services to the actors in the foreign trade community, through training, support and assistance to platform users, bug monitoring and resolution, optimization of functional procedures, dissemination of useful information to the community, and production and analysis of data in accordance with the company's missions.

Customer Support Service

It serves as the showcase for SEGUB and the primary point of contact for foreign trade stakeholders with the company. In this capacity, the department receives, analyzes, and proposes solutions to the concerns of economic operators regarding the completion of their formalities on the Single Window platform.

Study and Production Department

This back-office service ensures the skills development of operators through training, the dissemination of information specific to the foreign trade community, and the handling of inquiries related to the platform's use. It also liaises with partner administrations (Customs, Ministries, etc.) to support the company's mission, particularly the complete and optimal digitization of procedures.

Coordination & synergy

The four operational divisions of SEGUB work closely together to ensure an integrated and consistent approach to fulfilling our mission. This synergy allows us to optimize our processes, continuously improve the quality of our services, and effectively meet the expectations of our stakeholders.

Coordination between the divisions is ensured by the Executive Committee, which meets weekly under the chairmanship of the CEO to review ongoing activities, resolve any difficulties, and plan future actions.
