Our Directions

SEGUB relies on three (03) departments that work in synergy to ensure the smooth running of the Single Window and offer quality services to economic operators using the platform and to partner administrations. Each department plays a specific and complementary role in the achievement of our mission.

Administrative and Financial Department

Resource management and financial steering

The DAF's mission is to manage the administrative secretariat, human and material resources, the budget and finances, accounting and taxation.

Administrative Service

Its main mission is to put in place all the necessary conditions for good management of the administrative secretariat, human and material resources of the Service Comptabilité company.

Accounting and Taxation Department

He ensures the accounting, tax and financial management of the company, ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Finance and Budget Department

It ensures the execution of the budget while guaranteeing efficient, transparent financial management that complies with current standards.

Information Systems Department

Infrastructure, Development and Maintenance

The Information Systems Department (ISD) is at the heart of our organization's digital strategy. It is structured around two operational divisions, each playing a key role in the management and development of our information system.

Furthermore, the ISD's objective is to ensure the availability of the GUCE platform to its various users 24/7. This mission is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of operations, the reliability of electronic communications, and the satisfaction of GUCE's stakeholders.

Database & Operations Administrator

This pole is responsible for:

  • Database management, maintenance and optimization.
  • The operation of information systems to ensure their availability and performance.
  • Implementation of backup, restoration and business continuity procedures.
  • Technical support for users on business applications.
  • The development of statistics from the collected data, to support decision-making and improve internal processes.
Network & Systems Administrator

This center provides:

  • Management of computer networks and system infrastructures.
  • Access security, traffic monitoring and intrusion prevention.
  • Deployment and maintenance of servers, workstations and network equipment.
  • Support for technological development projects.

Operations Department

Business process management and customer relations

Its mission is to guarantee sufficient quality of services to stakeholders in the foreign trade community, through training, support and assistance to platform users, bug tracking and resolution, optimization of functional procedures, dissemination of useful information to the community as well as the production and analysis of data in accordance with the company's missions.

Customer Support Service

It is the showcase of SEGUB, and the preferred point of contact for foreign trade stakeholders with the company. As such, the department receives, analyzes, and offers solutions to the concerns of economic operators as they complete their formalities on the Single Window platform.

Study and Production Department

This back-office service ensures the upskilling of operators through training, the dissemination of information specific to the foreign trade community, and the satisfaction of requests incidental to the use of the platform. It liaises with partner administrations (Customs, Ministries, etc.) as part of the execution of the company's missions, in particular the complete and optimal dematerialization of procedures.

Coordination & synergy

SEGUB's four operational departments work closely together to ensure an integrated and coherent approach to fulfilling our mission. This synergy allows us to optimize our processes, continually improve the quality of our services, and effectively meet the expectations of our stakeholders.

Coordination between the departments is ensured by the Executive Committee, which meets weekly under the chairmanship of the CEO to review current activities, resolve any challenges, and plan future actions.
