Responsibilities
- To guide and motivate IT teams to guarantee efficient and innovative service
- Supervise and evaluate employees
- Ensuring the availability, security and evolution of IT infrastructures
- Ensure the planning, organization, and implementation of IT policies and action plans
- Design and implement the information systems strategy in line with the company's objectives.
- Ensure the implementation and continuous evolution of applications, system architectures and networks
- Develop and implement an Information Systems Security policy
- Ensuring data protection and backup, and compliance with applicable regulations
- Ensure the maintenance of IT and telecommunications equipment
- Monitoring the evolution of techniques and technologies in the field of the Single Window for Foreign Trade
- Participate in the preparation of tender documents and the evaluation of bids.
- Manage the IT budget and optimize operational costs
- To program and supervise specific IT training courses
- Oversee the development and monitoring of software development and hardware maintenance contracts
- Leading digital transformation projects and the integration of new technologies (cloud, blockchain, AI, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Oversee the creation and management of computer profiles, rights and access
- Manage and track IT consumables
- Define and schedule on-call schedules for the technical team
- Conducting technological monitoring
Desired profile
- Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in Information Systems management, including 5 years in a management position, ideally in the port, maritime, or logistics sector
- Age range: Between 35 and 45 years old
- Additional advantage: Training in software development (Java, Python, PHP, etc.)
