Account and registration

To obtain an account for accessing the GUCE platform:
– Access the platform via the link: https://guce.gouv.bj
– In the Information menu, go to the Guides/Procedures submenu
– Click on “Obtaining a GUCE account”
– Download the form corresponding to your profile
Fill out the form and scan the required documents, then send everything to support@guce.gouv.bj.

The GUCE system does not allow for password invalidation. However, if you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in two ways:
– Click on the “Forgot password” button and follow the instructions.
– Send an email to support@guce.gouv.bj.

The required documents depend on the user's profile. The complete list is provided on each registration form.

Just like obtaining a GUCE account, modifying/amending a GUCE account is also the same process:
– Access the platform via the link: https://guce.gouv.bj
– In the Information menu, go to the Guides/Procedures submenu
– Click on “Obtaining a GUCE account”
– Download the GUCE account amendment form
Fill out the form and scan the required documents, then send everything to support@guce.gouv.bj.

To deactivate an access account on the GUCE platform:
– Access the platform via the link: https://guce.gouv.bj
– In the Information menu, go to the Guides/Procedures submenu
– Click on “Deactivate a GUCE account”
– Download the form corresponding to your profile
– Virtual transaction file
Fill out the form and scan the required documents, then send everything to support@guce.gouv.bj along with a letter requesting account deactivation addressed to the Director General of SEGUB.
