With your import/export information, you can access the following simulation tools from the GUCE: Before creating your virtual transaction file

Send the following information to administration@segub.bj and support-client@segub.bj :
– Authorisation from the Ministry of Living Environment and Transport (MCVT).
- Letter to the Director General of SEGUB
- Calculation rules or any other information that may allow the configuration of service lines.

The following conditions are necessary to obtain:
- Exchange authorization:
- Having an access account to the GUCE platform as an Importer/Exporter/CDA.
- Having a valid DVT (Declaration of Work) or a paid customs declaration
- Commercial invoice for an amount greater than or equal to 1,000,000 FCFA
- Exchange commitment
- Having an access account to the GUCE platform as an Importer/Exporter/CDA.
- Have a customs declaration with a minimum value of 10,000,000 FCFA

An import certificate can only be obtained when the following conditions are met:
- The Exchange Authorization, obtained on the basis of a DVT, and/or cleared with a customs declaration, is in the following status:

- "Approved" and cleared by a customs declaration;
- “Partially executed” and cleared by a customs declaration;
- "Completed" and cleared by a customs declaration.
- The Exchange Authorization obtained on the basis of a customs declaration is in the status "Approved",
- "Partially executed", or "Executed".

The CDA, as agent of the Importer/Exporter, has access to all cargo release events in the release management module.
The latter is notified by email at each development in the cargo release situation.
