All actors in the port logistics chain and in pre-clearance and foreign trade in particular, can have accounts and use the GUCE for operations related to their activities.

On the GUCE platform, you can view scheduled ship calls, and access forms for obtaining, modifying, and deactivating GUCE accounts. You also have access to guidelines and user documents for all pre-clearance and Port Community System (PCS) modules.
